Hi everyone, I am Ken and have been trying to lose weight. I have hit a plateau of between 210 and 214. I work out everyday for 2 hrs doing bike and a ellipical machine, also golf and now a little tennis. I only eat around 1400 calories. Any advice would be appreciated on what I am doing wrong.

I don't think you are eating enough calories for your weight and age and the amount of exercise you do.Your body may be in starvation mode. Up your calories especially when you work out.

If you eat more calories of really nutritious foods, I would bet it wouldn't be a problem, but maybe a nutritionist could give you specific strategies to do this.

What she said......if you are exercising that much, you most definitely need to be eating more. Maybe up it by 200-300 calories for a week or two and see what happens.
