I did the self test, and can fit two fingers. From what I have read, the splints is for more of a 3-4 finger gap? Is this splint something you can order online without needing a prescription? I'm 5'3 and 120 lbs. My goal is around 110, but may be happy at 115. I've been running since last year, and that helped me to lose 10 lbs, but gained a few back over the holidays. At your height, it should be pretty noticable I would think. I'm 5'3, and just losing 5 lbs is noticable on me. I think once you get in a normal weight range for your height, weight lose becomes more appearant at 5-10 lbs.

You know, I got to 116 this past summer and was pretty happy. I have a small frame (little bones) so lbs really seem to show on me. my major problem areas at the moment are my upper thighs and lower back...and of course my abs that have destroyed seperated muscles from three csections, uhggggg.
