  • I haven't been doing so well the past couple of days. Also, had to switch to my tablet at home which I'm not fond of getting online with. However, doing better today. I also have trouble with late snacks. I made a bowl of sugarfree jello and have some lite coolwhip..... going to try that.
  • Did ok today. No exercise but food intake good :)

  • I would also trying to stick to this program and need friends. I'm in my 50s and looking for friends that have been kicking themselves for the years they've not managed to get the weight off and plan on this being the year they finally make that change!

  • Hello Group! Well, it's pretty cold and snowy in Michigan. Starting tomorrow I'm going to take my doctor's advice and spend 10 minutes on the treadmill. My goal is to do this 5 days per week. I'd also like to start tracking my steps starting next week at work. What is your plan? Willow

  • I eat Healthwise protein bars. I get up at 4:30 every morning to arrive at work at 6 am. I don't eat anything until 6:00. I've found if I eat anything earlier, I get hungry too quickly and require more snacking. The Rocky Road and Peanut butter are my favorites. Willow
