I use them mainly because I am a diabetic, I really try to not eat that much though. I try to use Splenda only but that is not always an option.

I had a cookie, I bought them at the grocery store they are regular size and 100 calories a cookie, I just added it into my calorie allowance so that I do not go over. I made sure I only ate one.

I just love sweets, especially chocolate. I crave them like crazy and have a hard time staying away from them, even though I know they are bad for me I still want them.

I used to weigh myself everyday, but it drove me crazy now I weigh myself every Saturday.

I am 5'4 small frame and my goal is 120 Lbs. Mainly because that is what my Dr. say's I need to be.

I don't count my carbs just calories and watch the fat. I am losing pretty good, I eat pretty good and always make sure I exercise and drink plenty of water.

I only drink diet pop, I don't like to drink my calories, I prefer to eat them, plus I have diabetes so regular is off limits, but either way gotta watch the sodium. And pop/soda all the same thing who cares what it's called.

I work out twice a day and love it I say try it if it's too much stop & try again another time.

240 would be mine . I will be happy once I hit 199 Lbs. get away from me 200 range I am getting there and feeling lots better

yes you can. I have lost 27 Lbs.I started my diet March 31st. I started walking 1 hour a day twice a day, now I walk 2 hours a day twice a day. I walk and my Lbs. just melt away.

I wish it was that easy I would look like I did before I had my first kid 24 years ago. But I am slowly getting there watching what I eat and lots of exercise.

I have never eaten them back and I am losing, but I also know that I have them if I do happen to need them on a certain day.

I don't drink soda that often when I do it's diet, mainly because I am diabetic and the sugar in one small can is enough to do a lot of damage. I mainly drink water and black coffee. Once in awhile I drink unsweetened tea.

I weigh myself every morning when I get dressed, but I only record Saturday morning weight. I tried not weighing myself every morning, but it was driving me crazy, my hubby only weighs in Saturday mornings do not know how he does it. But I do believe it helps me stick to my diet seeing how I lose like that.

We bought our German shepherd when she was 6 weeks old. We started house training the day we got her took only 3 days. We have trained her to not pull when on her lease by stopping and not moving until she calmed down, she no longer pulls, she is a little over protective, but I understand that's what German Shepherds do.…

I put 2 lbs hand weights on my wrist total of 4 lbs. Then I go for a 2 hour walk I do it twice a day once in the morning and once in the afternoon.
