If I manage 1 lb it will be twice as much as last week, but I am aiming for 2! I have just tried some jeans on that did not fit at all, they go on, do up but I would really like to be able to breathe while wearing them. It will happen soon I would just like to make it sooner!

Doing OK so far, tomorrow is my worse day, I work late on Friday and my dinner is very late, I have to beware of the tea time nibbles! Have prepared fruit salad to see me through that danger time and I have done my sit ups so off to bed now,without the night time snacking.

I will add the sit ups to my walking. I hope shopping counts, I walked around the shops, with friends,for over 3 hours yesterday!
