  • Been 2 Weeks since I started and I haven't lost weight... I think the first week I was really low on my daily caloric intake but this past week and a half I have eaten about 1800 or so. I do feel like I am getting stronger and having more endurance. Any feedback is appreciated.

  • Don't let the Recovery Fool you. Yes it is a little less intense however some of those things are just horrible ;) The Low plank to high plank push ups are fun. The planks while balancing on one side is even more fun too!
