My husband does FI/FO week on week off and it is sooooo hard to be good the week he is home. He likes to have a couple of beers in the evening and I like to have a couple of wines, coffee's at the coffee shop, and my exercise routine goes out the window :( I have yet to find my strength to say no to all the "naughties" and…

I love to read, haven't done much over the last few years, just starting to get back into it now though. I love romance and the odd thriller. My fav authors are Danielle Steel , Jane Green [just finished Patchwork Marriage] and Dean Koontz. I am trying to read "I see you" by Gregg Hurwitz but struggling to get into it... I…

I have only lost half of what I would like to lose....I haven't brought any new clothes yet, they are feeling a bit lose but still fit ok [so I thought]....when visiting friends today I haven't seen for about 5 weeks, one [a male] asked if I had a butt somewhere in my pants:laugh: I hadn't realised just how baggy they were.

Yes, for me it has gotten easier, and believe me I have never been a morning person, let alone getting out of bed before 7:30am. It was extremely hard for me to get up at 4:45am to go for a walk before the kids woke up to get ready for school. Now, if I am not getting up to go for a walk , I wake at 4:45am anyway, I think…

Yes!! I am 5foot4 and have lost 10kgs [22lbs] in 35 days on MFP and I have had relaxed eating days  and slack exercising days! I am *cough* 38yrs old [they say it is harder to lose weight over the age of 30? ] So I am sure if you really want to lose 21lbs then 15 weeks is plenty of time :) Good luck :)

Hi I have a snacking problem too, yes purely from boredom/ habit.... I still snack but no longer on chocolate, chips, coke a cola, biscuits, lollies, cake. I now snack on FRUIT, lots of fresh fruit, and some nuts and seeds daily. When I really feel the urge for some of the "naughty" snacking I pop some popcorn or I'll have…
