Here is me a couple months after my daughter was born
Last year:
Still have a ways to go. gained a little weight since then0 -
30 day shred,
eating half of my exercise calories back,
and once I got to 129 I started eating ALL my exercise calories back
Now I garden (general) about an hour a day and mix in a little jillian michaels 6 week 6 pack0 -
