                That's awesome congratulations! I did the first week of alpha - then on say 8 when I was doing the cardio day something in my back snapped and I've been unable to exercise since...like nothing! And that was just over a week ago - mega bummed, but totally my own fault for not concentrating hard enough :( Stay safe people!

                Takes me 2 hours to do a 5 min warm up, workout (pretty much all my splits apart from core and back) and 15 minutes of sprintervals! No idea where the time goes!!

                I did insanity month 2 along side half marathon training and gave myself tendonitis in my ankle - just be careful you don't over train! I moved into the gym for a couple of months to start weight lifting and am just now going back to insanity....'coz I wanna look gooood! ;)

                I do splits of; Shoulders and Triceps 2x Leg days Chest and Biceps Core and back I just picked the exercises I thought looked most fun from bodyuilding.com! They have some really great articles on there. I change up my program once a month. My goals are just to be more awesome than before - gaining weight/losing weight…

                Haha sooooo many dishes! My lift seems to be spent either in the gym or by the sink these days!

                I took the piss out of people who did zumba...until I took a class, oh sweet jesus I ACHED! I'd love to do it again, but I've moved gym and can't afford to pay for extra lessons atm! But I know friends who have seen amazing changes

                I don't know about ti affecting your weight loss, but diet sodas still have a lot of acid in them (from being carbonated) so from a dentist's point of view - they will still cause holes in their teeth! I get so many people in my surgery who promise me til they're blue in the face that they don't eat sweetsor drink coke and…
