  • Okay thanks! Now i am actually back to losing 8 kilo's instead of 6, but I hope I didn't gain the weight back for real! I will definitely try without pasta and bread, really hope that works!!

I normally eat 2 slices of toasted bread for breakfast, then maybe a snack around 10 o'clock (an apple or something) then for lunch another 2 slices of bread, at 2 and 4 o'clock a snack (an apple, yoghurt, rice waffle, something called 'ontbijtkoek', it's Dutch, not sure how to explain it.…
  • What I did was calculate my BMR*, eat atleast that and eat some of the calories back from exercising (also because i am not sure how accurate the calculations are..). So my BMR is about 1400, and I ussually burn about 400 so I eat between 1500-1900 depending on the day and how much i actually feel the need to eat them…

  • To look at what weight I have already lost! even though that is only 1 kg ^^ I have been here for a week now and just lost my first weight, and looking at the 1 kg I already lost just makes me think "hellz yeah, I did that!!"

If you are going to eat some extra calories you can always make then without fat , or maybe drink them When you calculate your BMR eat atleast that and even some more because you are working…
