Hey I am a girl from Holland. I have been on MPF for 2 weeks now and I lost my first kg 
I am looking for some other people who also want to lose about 20 pounds before summer/september
This september I am leaving to Panama and I am really excited for that! The only problem is that it's ALWAYS warm/good weather there so I really want to look my best in my shorts and dresses. So whats your motivation?
