Problem with settings MFP - Please help me!
Hey! So I want to put my goals up to losing 1 kg a week, but for some reason I can´t get that done and it always says I will be losing 0,5 kg a week. How can I change these settings or, how can I lose 1 kg a week?

amount of calories/not starving

Realistic goal for 5"6
My motther just saw my weightloss goal and she said I should get a more realistic goal. I am now aiming for around 52 kg/ 115 pounds. I know this is low but I am going to Panama and because of the change in diet I will probably gain a few pounds again. What do you guys think?

Hey! I am on the elliptical trainer everyday for 45-60 minutes. I also cycle on a regular basis (10 km). When I add those calories to MFP should I eat them back or should I keep a total of 1200 calories intake?
