My motther just saw my weightloss goal and she said I should get a more realistic goal.
I am now aiming for around 52 kg/ 115 pounds. I know this is low but I am going to Panama and because of the change in diet I will probably gain a few pounds again.
What do you guys think?

I think it depends on your body type and also, to a degree, your age. I'm 5'6" and weighed about 115-120 when I was a teenager. I'm now 41 and realize I will never, ever be there again. I'm fit, healthy, and struggling to weigh less than 140. Obviously there's more fat on my body than there was 20 years ago but hormones are different and I'm certain I also have more muscle mass on my frame as well. For me to lose 30 pounds would not be healthy.
So to answer your question, it's possible that 115 is realistic if you are slight of build, but this isn't the case for all women who are 5'6" tall.0
