just do some no knee straining exercises, you will be made at yourself if you take the week off. Plus you wont get those fab endorphins, which could help a little with the pain

People just need to stop giving in to these fad diets, its not that the pills you stop taking make you gain the weight back, you make you gain the weight back. it cant be a diet, it has to be a life style change. There is no magic fix.

I'm in, I am a stay at home mom of one crazy almost 4 yr old boy. My husbands high school reunion is in June, I would like to loose as much as possible by then. I think we should set a day to weigh in once a week, try to motivate each other as much as possible. LETS DO THIS!!!!

when you find yourself wanting a snack, go brush your teeth, it may sound stupid, but it works for me. Takes your mind off it, plus when you get done you have the taste of toothpaste in your mouth and lets face it, that does not mix well with anything.

Drink a glass or two of water about 15 mins before you eat and you will fill up way faster. and drink lots of water during the day to keep yourself feeling full. Or if you really want a snack eat some veggies. Most are extremely low in calories and good for you.

I eat a bowl of oatmeal every morning. My weight loss has been a lot better since I started eating breakfast everyday.

Once a week is probably healthy. I'm a scale junkie, I try really hard not to do it everyday, but I usually do.

My aunt tried for years and even went to fertility doctors, as soon as she stopped Over-trying and let herself relax she got pregnant with twin boys, she now has 5 little ones. Maybe your just to stressed, putting to much pressure on yourself. I hope it happens for you soon.:flowerforyou:

Where I live, by almost every weight loss center or gym there is a Cupcakery. How horribly is that. I'm glad I'm not big on sweets And why don't I have adds for anything on my mfp. Not that I am complaining.

Just keep an eye on how much trans fat and saturated fats you are taking in, those are the bad fats, you can add those to your diary. Monounsaturated fats and polyunsaturated fats are the better fats.

May just be your sodium intake, try lowering it and see if that helps and drink LOTS of water
