m not eating too many carbs. and i hardly go for processed food. but yeah m not drinking enough water. somedays i only drionk 2 or 3 glases and my sodium intake is low. and m hardly eating 500 calories

hay m suffering from same problem . i feel bloated all the time. that is why i cant eat. i am only having 500 to 600 calories a day coz i cant eat much coz of this bloatness huh .i feel bloated all the time cant even drink water huh plz anyone help :(

hi guys do add me ...would love to join... infact m doing jumping jacks from past 5 days and so far i have completed 6200 jumping jacks in 5 days... and i usualy m doing 1200 jumping jacks all at a time with few short breaks ... want to eliminate bulky arms n shoulders in a month and lookng forward to drop some weight....…

m also doing interval training four days a week.and i wanted to know how many calories i can burn by doing 30 minutes of interval training.. btw i m 5 ft 1' and 50 kgs.. and when i push maslf hard my heart rate would be at 160...hope to get the rough estimate ..from u guys

hi Guys the topic is quite intresting..so thought of putting my opinion ..well i have almost stopped eating a bread..like m only eating 1 toast a day...means no fuel for my body..coz carbs are fuel for your body...but let me mention here as i stopped eating bread i always feel weak and always have pain in my whole body...…

inshallah i am fasting in month of ramadan for whole month..and also i am looking forward to drop 4kgs in ramadan.. and planned to do minimum HIIT workouts 3 or 4 days a week and also i am watching my calories ..lets hope for the best. good luck all.
