I havent heard about that, but if you are looking for something other than benedryl try pseudofed. You have to ask the pharmacist for it, but I use it for my allergies and it works better and doesnt make me sleepy.. ETA: Also, if you are looking for something to help you sleep, I use melatonin.

Lots of work out dvd's to learn from! You dont have to go to a gym.....I hate the gym! Ask what dvd's people use and what they like to get some ideas. I do Zumba and an Insanity workout......

This seems more like it.......I'm only 4'11" and my BMR is 1507........I set mine at 1522 and eat back my exercise calories, well most of them anyway. I eat something like 1800-2000 calories a day on average. I have been loosing, but slowly, but it's picking up now that I upped my calories.

I know that by eliminating certain bad foods or at least limiting them and adding walking is an excellent way to start. I would advise you to track your calories and exercise anyway even though you wont be "dieting" per se. That way you can look back at it in a month and really evaluate the changes you have made.
