I'm not a social network person but it had been surprisingly helpful. I have approximately 80 friends and if I disappear someone will notice lol. I could probably do it on my own but it's more fun this way.

So if I add strength training to my w/o routine I should not gain more than a lb of muscle a month? I have not been doing ST because I don't want to stop losing but I know it would help my calorie burn if I did it. ( I am about 240 lbs normal sized women if that matters)

Side effect of topamax is weight loss. It is FDA approved for treatment of obesity. Did you taper it?

Everyday except wk of period. My weight fluctuates so there's really no point.

Are you trying to figure out how fast you are walking? Go online and map our you walking route. At 5mph you should cove a mile in 12 min. It's pretty close to jogging. I can't walk that fast lol

I just walk personally. If I jog I will hate w/o so even if it take a bit longer to burn cals I just keep walking :) plus have to be careful about knees and so forth if your heavier so I think it's a safe choice just my 2 cents :)

Well I am trying for 500 cal in exercise and stopped eating exercise cals mostly because weight loss is a bit stalled. But maybe I should be w/o more if calculator is double counting cals.....

I can tell a difference in legs and waist. Maybe you gained muscle if weight loss isn't as fast as you'd like.
