I eat! And strength train! Add me. ;)

I had sprouted whole grain thin sliced toast with peanut butter and fresh sliced peaches! :)

Hey there, I'm in a similar situation! Would love to add you! :)

DONE!!

I am not going to be able to help you on the taco recipe, just found it amusing that you posted about Schrute Bucks and I happen to be watching that episode right now, haha.

Hey there! Atheist here too!

Little late, but I'm so in! I have the healthy eating down, but am just not motivated enough to work out. This will be good for me! Starting tomorrow as it's weigh-in day and monthly measurement day anyway.

Honestly, 35 lbs before I could see it -- thinner fingers, collarbones more defined -- didn't drop a single size until I lost 40 lbs... then it was super quick after that. But maybe I'm just weird. I had a lot to lose, maybe that's why.

BUMP for later. Also, feel free to add me.

I love My Fit Foods, they are excellent nutritionally and super fresh... absolutely nothing like a frozen lean cuisine.

I don't often drink coffee anymore, but when I have a craving for it, I brew my own. I use organic coffee grounds, a tsp of coconut palm sugar and either coconut coffee cream OR 2 tbs of organic half n half.

I take in 180 a day, split up by 40 carbs a meal and 20 per snack. I also eat between 1500-2000 calories a day. But I am steadily losing and it sounds like you want to maintain. I try to get all of my carbs from healthy, whole and unprocessed sources.

I don't actually idolize any celebrities and know I will never be able to achieve any celeb's body type, but if it were possible, I would LOVE to have Jessica Alba's body!!

Changed up my whole shake recipe as of this week. Now I'm doing - Vega One Nutritional Protein Powder - dairy/soy free Unsweetened Chocolate Almond Milk 2 oz Organic Aloe Vera Juice 1 tbs Organic Chia Seeds 1 tbs Raw Organic Almond Butter 1/3 Fresh Banana Then to that I either add Raw Greens Powder or a handful of kale or…

I'm not a nutritionist, but after doing lots of reading on the subject, I personally have a mostly protein snack before working out - such as; cheese, hard boiled egg or a piece of ham with veggies and hummus. Then within 15-30 minutes after working out, I have a snack that's more carb-rich that also inludes protein - such…

Not 100 percent sure yet, but debating between either - Scrambled Eggs with Turkey Sausage and Whole Grain Toast OR Chicken Salad made with Whole Grain Kamut, Organic Chicken Breast, Safflower Oil Mayo and Steamed Green Peas

Anyone have any ideas on other vegetables that taste alright in smoothies... I'm thinking I need to up my veggies in my smoothie!!
-
I have been making mine with unsweetened chocolate almond milk, vanilla (soy and dairy free) protein powder, cooked oatmeal, half a banana and a handful of baby spinach or kale. I'm thinking I might start adding some almond butter and swapping the banana out for some frozen, no-sugar added berries. Great ideas here though!!

I love and totally recommend checking out www.100daysofrealfood.com ;]

Oh wow, we did it, it was amazing. 833 calorie burn for one hour. I'm sore EVERYWHERE, but it was super fun and I'd definitely do it again.

In no particular order: * Eggs * Coconut (in the form of raw shreds, oil & milk) * Oatmeal * Organic Double Fiber Whole Wheat Bread * Chicken and Apple Sausage * Snap Kitchen's "Chocolate Chip" Pecan Vegan Gluten-Free Cookies * Almond Butter (Justin's, all flavors, YUM!) * Organic Popcorn * Fearless Raw Cacao Exploding…

Yes, I figure since I'm heavier, it would be more, but I'm not sure if that was calculated at the highest weight acceptable to jump (400lbs)... It says "burn up to 1000 calories an hour". I rarely eat back my exercise calories (I don't follow a calorie restricted plan, but a controlled sugar/carb plan due to my PCOS), so I…

OMG, I know, right?! I'm really excited! :]

^^^ This. I also use the Vega brand, Vanilla Chai. It got amazing reviews on taste and nutrition. I'm not really using it for protein, more for vitamins (because since I cut out dairy, soy and sugar, I find it tough to reach my vitamin goals - particularly iron and calcium). I do try as hard as I can to eat clean and get…

I'm in a similar situation. My fiance eats almost exclusively junk food. He wants to eat out for most meals, though he is a fabulous cook. And when he does cook, he specifically says he's not a short order cook and will not modify anything to make it healthier. He also gets very offended if I don't eat what he makes. Most…

Same for me!!

I have PCOS and completely recommend watching your sugar. I eat clean (mostly unprocessed foods), cut my sugar to about 7 grams per meal/snack (I shoot for no more than 35-40 grams a day total), eat foods that are high in protein and high in fiber. I try to avoid white flour, regular potatoes and anything high in sugar. I…

You're kind of a ****. You do things your way, I'll do them mine. I come here for support, not to have someone drag me down for no reason.

Well, regardless of anyone's opinion on the subject, I choose to eat "clean". It has helped me to lose weight, clear my skin and deal with my Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome. My doctors have recommended I go "low carb", but that didn't make me feel good, so I decided to go a bit more moderate and that's what has worked for me.…
