I can only pray this happens to me. With size 11 wide feet, unless it's a pair of small canoes they are not fitting on my feet, and I want cute shoes damnit!

Great. I had just forgotten about the lamington I wanted so badly last night. Now I'm seconds away from driving to the shop for both a lamington and a doughnut. Hahaha :(

im diabetic. i dont track any food i eat to sort out a low blood sugar. not sure why. i guess its because these are usually high calorie items that i have no choice in eating, and i figure they get used up?!

Look in the recipe forum. There is a yummy low cal banana muffin recipe in there and 40 cal brownie one. Yum! Only leave a few out and pop the rest in the freezer so they can't be eaten straight away

I'm type 1. I have a lot of salad and a piece of meat for dinner meals. I do all my baking without sugar, and try and switch white flour out for wholemeal or ground up oats. I have one that starts at the top of my knee and winds around the back of my leg. Was all taped up from and injury and thought ripping the strapping tape off would be a good idea.

Thank you for posting this! I've been living off this for the last few days. I've been using a mix of broccoli and cauliflower in the base, 1/2 a cup of mozzarella and egg whites in the base. Topping with a smear of pizza sauce, lean salami, baby spinach, feta cheese and 1/2 a cup of mozzarella.

I do my c25k on an elliptical. I just put it on light resistance, and go as hard as I can for the run segment. Using the elliptical means there is no impact from hitting the ground, once I'm good on the elliptical, I'll move to actual running

Thinking about it now, I really wish my parents had organised some counselling for me, almost like grief counselling, to help me get through the shock. I think it might have helped me accept things better.

Before jan 1 2012 I was drinking around 3l of diet coke/Pepsi max a day. Now I have a maximum of 600ml a day if I even have any. I'm diabetic and it was like the one thing I could have without issue. I notice no difference between how I felt then to now

Well I survived! Max 4minutes running, hahaha. I'm actually doing it on an elliptical, because by the time I get home from work it's freezing cold and getting dark already. I figure by the time winters over I will be able to run outside with no shame

I have an elliptical, I drive past three gyms on my way home, and have a free one at work that I could go to, but I just can't make myself go. I've stuck mine infront of the tv so if I'm sitting watch tv I'm eventually guilted into getting off my butt.

I went and got fitted for some running shoes, landed up with new balance 880's they do a wide fitting, so they are perfect for my paddle feet
