I refuse to weigh myself. But If i am what i guess I weigh, then i would be happy losing 10-20 lbs...although I need to get back on track ive been a little preoccupied with stuff lately and ive been working on my self perception id love some healthier friends so feel free to add mee.....

i dont think it would be as severe as you seem to think, our bodies are so smart, and adaptable. I also watched a documentary (and im no scientist or nutritionist so dont quote me) where they did an experiment on about 20 people, increasing their intake by 3000 or so a day and watching the results over time One man only…

I net about 500 calories a day usually, eating like 800-1100 and sport, and I refuse to eat more then 1200 so if i ate 1200 would it work similarly??... ahh

I have a question! So i just did day 1 of it, and it didnt make my heart beat go up very much, didnt make me tired, sweaty and i tried to push myself but it was really easy for me because im sporty Does that mean i should skip to the second video? Or do I stick it out?
