just made one last night. i love it! i have to cook mine longer than others have suggested. cut in half, scooped out, cutside down on 375 for 45 min. sometimes pop it up to 425 last ten min. i like it just plain with salt pepper and some i can't believe its not butter spray.

I'm 5'9 medium frame and at 134 lb. (I think theres at least 5lb in my size 11 feet!) Depending on cut and where I shop I can wear anywhere from a 5 to a 9 or 4-6. I don't worry bout size anymore, just what's cute!

here outside of Denver, Co i just spent 3.49. I drive a Jeep Grand Cherokee from 60-120miles on most days. Fill up at $75+ at least 2x a week.

this is one part of weight loss that sux! with a good bra im a c cup. otherwise i im just deflated- ild be fine if they were just small and perky but sadly they are not. I lost the last bit of weight a lil to fast and boobs were the last to go. ::sigh::

I just looked on line and it seem that most of the wrist weights are 1--2.5 lbs. So i wouls say 1kg. Just my 2 cents.

Don't know how much your looking to spend but they have some that are adjustable so you you can have one set to grow with you. Are u looking to do it with your cardio or actual weights? Either way start of light because they seem to light at first but youll feel it after a couple reps.

what about spray Pam olive oil? I use it anywhere i would normally use regular EVOO, like instead of brushing veggies with EVOO I spray a thin coat. It always works for pan frying stuff and cuts lotsa calories.

You may have overdone it on the hip machines and pulled your groin. Is it pain on the inside of your thigh when you do certain movements?I've pulled it running before. If so just take it easy and itll get better. Normal soreness last about 2-3days depending.
