Yaaaaay!!! I'm so glad everyone has set goals. As for me my goals just changed because I decided to start the 30ds for the second time. Today was a good dayets keep it that way as December comes along and into the new year as well. Happy Friday everyone :)

I'm 19 and a full time college student. Since September I haven't done much health tracking or exercise for that matter now that I have a month holiday I want to get back in track and do insanity. Feel free to add I could really use friends who are in the same boat it makes the journey so much more inspiring and fun!!

heyy so ive done 3 days of insanity and then took a break to do some fun stuff but all i can tell you as a beginer is that it is hard and you have to endure the pain of the workout. i died in the warmup but pushed myself to continue, and im going to keep going p.s you dont have to buy the discs, just google insanity tumblr…

I dont know if this is more accurate but i use a calculator on maymyrun, and you put in your height weight and time you forkout for and it calculates calories based on that..... check out my exercise log :) and thanks for the friend add

i do workout almost everyday for half an hour doing jillian michaels workouts and try to include some time on the treadmil as well so i think this will be a great push for myself thanks for the advice everyone and i have been searching the forums and ive got some great help :)

No i cant see yours you have to make yours viewable to the public to do that click the food tab at the top, on the bar below click settings, when that page opens scroll down and click the public option that will make it viewable to the public hope this helps :)
