Tips of the day :)

hi everyone :)

So, i had this idea of starting a thread where everyone and anyone is welcome to post a tip of the day, it can be motivating, health related or just a comment to keep everyone going, just to make someone smile or feel better about themselves and their journey.

Let me begin with my tip of the day

SMILE BECAUSE YOU ARE TOTALLY WORTH IT, NO MATTER WHO YOU ARE WHERE YOU HAVE GOTTEN, BE PROUD OF YOURSELF AT EVERY STEP OF THE WAY :happy:

    Remember that every time you eat something it is a new chance to make a good choice. If you have an 800 cal burger for lunch, you didn't mess up your whole day. You don't have to wait until tomorrow or Monday to start over...you can do it the very next time you eat!
