December goals

I just felt I needed to out my goals out there for the holidays so I know what my plan is. First step is to get back into the workout routine and figure out how I'm going to balance food almoner again. I'm starting at the bottom of a long journey. Taking measurements today

My goal is to lose 10 pounds and start the 30 day shred again.0

Go to the gym, learn how to cook more foods, and lose 10 pounds. Hopefully it will be sufficient to get back into a smaller pair of jeans. :bigsmile:0

I want to be able to walk everyday in December I live in south Texas so the weather is nice in the winter time even if its 15min or more!!! this my goal for December0

My goal for December is simple:
Achieve the goal I set in January - to be at a certain weight....I have 3 pounds to go!0 -
Be able to do a Muscle Up, Do 5 Hand Stand Push Ups in a row, get 10 Kipping Pull-Ups without stopping, run an average 11 minute mile when running 3-4 miles (just started running on Monday and have a 12 minute mile), 10 Doubleunders in a row and 12 pistol squats in a row (6 each leg).0

My goal is really 14.5 pounds, so I can be back to the weight I was last Christmas. My original goal was to lose 30 pounds from October 30 to December 31. I am 18 pounds down so 12 pounds for that goal. All said and done, I would be happy with losing 10 pounds by the end of December. Gotta watch my food intake at christmas though...0

My goal is to complete 30-day shred. I'm on day 4 today. I want to get below 150 pounds before Christmas. Shouldn't be too bad. I'm at 152 right now, but I lose weight REALLY slowly and it's the holidays so... I am also hoping that I'll drop into the next pant size down by New Year's. I can feel it's about to happen. Start religiously doing strength training 3x week for 30 minutes and 2x some sort of heart pumping cardio. Making the time for me. I'm good with my weight for the first time in my life...just need to commit to be fit!0

My goal is to get a positive comment from my very negative grandmother.
Her last comment was (before I started losing weight) you would be so pretty if you wasn't so fat.
Or her comment to my son....your mom used to be so pretty before she had y'all and got all fat.
IF she makes another negative comment when I go see her on Christmas I will NEVER go there for any holiday EVER.
Sorry dad....just not worth the pain.

Lose at least 5lbs... or more. I'm thinking of dropping the caffenated drinks too diet or non-diet.
I wish I could walk everyday but it's too damn cold up here in WI most days and the only time I can walk is after work and it's too dark. (I know excuses, excuses). :ohwell:0 -

I want to maintain at 12st despite the many office parties, chocolates as presents from the children in my class and Christmas with the inlaws.

I want to get out of the 200s for the first time since God knows when and then to stay out! Today was my weigh in day and I was 206 so this seems totally doable :happy:0

Yaaaaay!!! I'm so glad everyone has set goals. As for me my goals just changed because I decided to start the 30ds for the second time. Today was a good dayets keep it that way as December comes along and into the new year as well.

I want to finish Tapout XT, and be able to squeeze into my "skinny" jeans without the muffin top. Scale numbers aren't my friend, so I'm going to focus on the jeans.0
