I agree. I thought these were awful. Don't know my worst (though the aforementioned breakfast sandwiches are definitely up there) but one of the best is definitely the Kelloggs Fiber Plus coconut caramel fudge bars.

Buying a couple of hand weights wouldn't cost much, especially if you got them on sale. I know the set of 5# weights I got at Target were less than $10 on sale, and the 2# and 3# are cheaper yet. Then go to the library and check out fitness DVDs.

I made it a couple minutes farther into the 30 Day Shred than I've been able to do before :) I can do an hour and a half workout with 45 minutes of aerobic exercise and 45 minutes of stationary biking, but I still can't make it 10 minutes into the Shred. Ugh!

I don't eat them back, for the most part. Today I ate a few back, just because I felt so dang hungry all day, but most of the time I don't. It no longer feels natural to eat over about 1200-1300 calories per day regardless if I've earned exercise calories in addition to my daily amount.

I could definitely eat a whole bag of cheeseburger Doritos if I let myself. I get about 1/3 of the way down now, ask myself WTF am I doing, and quit. When I was a teenager, I would sit and eat the whole FAMILY size bag of Cheetos. And gee, I wonder why I'm FAT.

Most of mine fit around me now, too! :) We've never really bought the smallest bath towels, but it got to be so that I'd use beach towels for every day bathing. Don't need to, now - most of my towels fit!

The five day slim down, when you do warm up and cool down and all 5 days (I skip the stretch 'cause I do that on my own) runs 78 minutes. I log it as 78 minutes of low impact aerobics.

I do it under aerobics, myself. I know I sure don't burn off as many calories in a 4 mile regular walk as I do in a 4 mile Leslie walk 'cause I'm sure not doing jogging boosts or arm movements or weights when I go on a walk :) I didn't see it in the database, either.

I would try varying your workouts. Your body will get used to something if you do the same thing all the time and it won't want to produce results. Maybe mix up the DVD with weights, running/walking, yoga/pilates, etc. Just shake it up a bit.
