low cal hot chocolate usually does it for me or otherwise dark chocolate (80% + cocoa) - it's pretty rich, so i'll only have a square or two, whereas with milk chocolate it's SO.MUCH.SUGAR and i can never stop :/

Sometimes it helps and sometimes it doesn't. I've slipped between restricting and bingeing for years, so i use this site to both make sure that i don't eat too much or too little..I guess it's made me more accountable for my actions either way; too little is as bad as too much. yeah..upping my intake earlier in the day has definitely helped me with that, I used to do a similar thing with pre-dinner calories only going up to 5/600 and then overeating in the evening. It takes a while to get used to and might be initially difficult if you (as I did) don't trust yourself to not overeat later anyway,…
