From working at Subway I would not trust the given calorie information for the tuna it is made in house and we just squared in how much mayo we thought it needed.

I have found that deep cleaning helps with the anxiety one day I washed all the kitchen walls, doors, and base boards. No thought of eating and then I was to tired to do anything else. Two weeks ago i rearranged my bedroom and cleaned the closet and dressers out. So I guess just try to focus on something else then eating.

Tip incorporate what you are craving into your daily calorie allowance. Want chocolate buy one candy bar. Don't have the things you binge on in the house.

So really you went on a crash diet. I would think as a nurse you would know 10lbs in 5days is not good, and this is not how you usually eat, or you would not be trying to lose weight. Eat your 1200 which is probably to low anyway, but we don't know your stats.

I do smoothies once in a while instead of juice avocado, blueberry and chocolate protein powder is really good, so is spinach, banana, honey and almond milk (or regular milk) so go for on the go.

Come close and listen you can eat what you want within your calories to lose weight it is all CICO. Are you also counting your calories ... if so just incorporate the sweets into your daily allowance and BAM you will continue to lose weight.
