I'm seriously telling you (I know the you you are asking is all of us replying to this post) that I don't give up anything I want a candy bar, ice cream, pie I eat it I just mix in the carrots, steak, fish, apples, beans etc. and I can stick to this weight loss thing by CICO, and I am good to go.

This is nothing that anyone has said they are saying drinking straight up juice is the same don't waist your money. Why not just try not eating as much junk? Lower your calorie intake that would be a good jump start to weight loss. You could eat 1,000 calories of ice cream if you want find your deficit and work on that.

If you eat at a calorie deficit you will lose weight no matter what you eat. For your health you should balance that out with nourishing food. If you have celiac do not eat Domino's it has been tested not gluten free so much cross contamination. I cook gluten free all the time it is easy don't cook with things that contain wheat, barley and rye. What type of recipes are you interested in?

All deli meat is high in sodium so if sodium is an issue subway is not for you. Yes do not forget about salt you need that if you are drinking a lot of water because you will lose it when you pee. Try a coconut water for natural electrolytes.

I love a good fire so yes. I have camped without one when it has been raining. If I'm camping where one is not allowed I would not make one.

What are your calorie goals? How much are you overeating? Have you been logging? I try and only weigh myself once a week Mondays because the scale can go up and down and up and down. If you are trying to lose the correct way you are not going to see instant results 1lbs a week is good.

I work 7-4 I take walks on my breaks and I do yoga most days when I get home maybe 20min maybe an hour depending on how my body feels. You don't need to work out to lose weight just CICO, but doing just a little may give you more energy. I hate to run but I love to walk find something that you like to do.

There are a lot of beginner yoga video's on youtube you can even specify for lower back pain I have degenerative disk disease in my lower back and it really helps.
