Not a recipe but Domino's has the best gluten free pizza I have found. It is also limited to 10" size so its easy to split with someone so there is no temptation to keep eating more.0

If you have celiac do not eat Domino's it has been tested not gluten free so much cross contamination.
I cook gluten free all the time it is easy don't cook with things that contain wheat, barley and rye.

If you like to have a sandwich once in a while, try oopsie bread. It's made with eggs and cream cheese. I put parmesan for regular sammies, and cinnamon for pb sammies. The trick is to not make more than you'll eat in a week, and use waz paper between each for storage. (They will stick together if not!)0
