Went to a meeting at my daughter's school last night and totally blew it! I had like 4 desterts, but I started over again today and so far on track.

Cannot wait to try this. Going to make it tonight.

I thought it was pretty good. Did not use the adobo sauce on top, that would have been too spicey for me. I also broiled it a little at the end so it would have a crispy top.:smile:

I just started on MFP and am desperate to lose. I am 34y/o and almost 300lbs. I have tried everything like most of you and am really praying that this is the wake up call I need to change my lifestyle. Very excited to get started, see ya at the finish line.
