try using interval on the treamill,that way u can run and jogg,it kind of trains u 2 start running gradually,hope this helped,u can always start with an incline of 8.0

i usually get bloated at that time too,really like bloated and noticeably 2,dont even bother weighing yourself as your weight will go back to its normal state after u finish your period
