I used to suffer withheartburn, especially after a big meal. My mother turned me on too black licorise. I am so bad at that too. I work out all week and eat really, but come friday night all of that stops. I had mexican last friday. I felt soo sick after, cause i cant eat the way i use too. I hope there is someone out there with the right advice for this..

Every one gets frustrated. PS muscle mass adds weight, ppl usually gain muscle before losing fat. Dont be so hard on yourself, give yourself the credit to know that your soing something for you. Keep up the good fight and stay positive.

Wii fit plus. Has the section where u pick ur own workout. Click on the pics to determine which areas you want to cover. IE stretch and waist. Double up on the time, 30 - 40 minutes. Then go at it. Also I bought the bench for the wii balance board, which gives it height. Use that too for an added cardio burn. Have fun..

I bought one a zellers, pretty good. But i am using still double bra at the gym. PS if u have big breasts, stay away from the one-piece ones. Opt for ones with underwire and ur cup size.

I'm all about losing weight for a baby. Two miscarraiges and the next go around I dont want my health to be an issue. I have 60lbs more to go. Goodluck and soon enough you'll be happily gaining precious baby weight... :)

I recently bought biggest loser challenge for Wii. I use it along with the balance board. Its a great work out. But sometimes i get the impression that its not picking up my movements correcty. Either that or Im doing it wrong. :) Have fun with it, cause it can be intense sometimes. I wanted the Kinect xbox one, that one…
