The only tip I can give is to bring a towel and a lot of water =) Spinning is a great exercise and definitely worth the workout! And the good thing with this class is that you can set your own resistance if what the instructor is doing is too challenging.

Sorry I can't help you with this since I only eat yogurt with the fruit in it also...but I'm curious what people will say :) what about honey?
-
Feel free to add me... My goal isn't really to lose weight, but more to tone up and eat healthier
-
Oh yummy! Thank you for the recipe
-
If it just plain doesn't matter, then why the debate? :) I was just giving my suggestion...it has worked for me.

Oikos frozen Greek yogurt- chocolate!!! I can't get enough of this and it's only 100 calories per serving

Carbs before working out, protein after. I eat carbs for energy. If I'm going to bed, why do I need carbs?
-
If you are hungry, I say eat. Try not to eat carbs tho. Stick with protein and veggies. Also, your metabolism is highest right after a work out, so I don't see too much harm eating that late...especially if your body is telling you that you need it.

Great smile

Vodka and club with a splash of cranberry and a lime...that's my go-to

Even better if you have an open diary :)

I can't find the recipe that used but Google Stuffed Peppers. A lot of stuffed pepper recipes call for ground beef, but ground turkey can definitely be substituted!

Funny you brought up Twinkies and HoHos. I remember reading an article where a college professor did a "Twinkie Diet" and ate only Twinkies, HoHos, Chips, etc. a day but had 1200 calories intake. He dropped weight like crazy. So I guess it really doesn't matter what you eat, as long as you have a deficiency. The issue with…

Muscle definitely weights more than fat. I'm always wary about measuring myself by pounds because it can get discouraging. Try to see if you've noticed a change in the way your clothes are fitting. If they are starting to fit looser, but you aren't losing any pounds, then you are gaining muscle and losing fat...which…

Im not sure how often you are eating, but try to eat every two hours. Snacking is good if its healthy snacking. Just to give you an idea, my usual diet is: Breakfast- egg white omelette (120), toast with mashed avocado (150), greek yogurt (130) Snack- strawberries & blueberries (70), Laughing cow cheese (50) Lunch- Chicken…

I would continue to work your biceps and triceps. Although you can't spot reduce, the more muscle you have in that area, the easier it would be to lose the fat surrounding it. Maybe bump up your upper body exercises and more cardio wouldn't hurt either. Good luck!

Also, before you head to chipotle, figure out what you want and put it into this calories counter: http://www.chipotlefan.com/index.php?id=nutrition_calculator You'd be surprised how fast the calories add up.

I find that egg whites and Greek yogurt fill me up until lunch time...and only about 200 calories. And great protein
-
You look great!!!

I would count coffe and teas since it is water based. I drink three cups of green tea a day and count it all. Also, keep in mind that veggies and fruits have a lot of water also...that's just a bonus!

Teriyaki chicken kabobs with grilled pineapple... Yes please :)
-
So glad you asked this because I just made the most delicious recipe the other night. And bonus, it's super easy and barely a mess to clean up!, 4 chicken breasts 1 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 1/2 teaspoons salt 1/2 teaspoon pepper 1. Pre heat oven to 375. Line…

I sure do. And a little salt, like a French fry :)

Definitely try eating more protein. Also, before your meals, drink a glass of water and eat some veggies. That will fill you up some so you don't waste a bunch of calories on foods that aren't so good for you.
