Ali's Vincent chicken bake .•4 oz of cooked chicken • 1 cup quinoa • 4oz broccoli • 4oz cauliflower • 2oz mushrooms • 1 can cream of chicken soup Directions Prepare quinoa as directed on package substituting chicken broth for the water. Dice chicken. Steam broccoli and cauliflower. Sautee mushrooms with garlic in non-stick pan. Mix quinoa, chicken, and vegetables with cream of chicken soup in a casserole dish. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes. 106 calories per half cup serving
