Hey there, 2 pounds is wonderful. 1 or 2 is the max and you have greater chance of keeping it off instead of yoyoing back up. Keep up the great work.

Anything you are doing is great. Remember raising and lowering your heart rate will burn more calories then staying at one pace or intensity. Keep up the great work.

Hey guys, Not sure if Spence is telling the whole story but I will give him the benifit. I had great sucess on P90X over the past three months. My before and after pic are more normal results. I am older and my diet was bad on the weekend. I am glad to answer any questions on the workout. Thank you for your time. Good job…

I have completed P90X and use 10-minute trainer Yoga in the mornings. I also took it on vacation with a set of bands. The goal is to get up to 30 minutes if you didn't already know that. Good luck, Dan

Hello, I am currently doing P90X+. I finished P90X with great results. Coach Tena and my other freinds guided me to this website to help track my meals better. I don't have a calorie counter so I am not sure on the calories burned during my workouts and at Tae Kwon Do class. :smile: Thank you, Dan in Illinois.
