I've had them for a couple weeks and I love them. I was pretty active before I got them and the cardio one kicked my butt! By the end of ten minutes I'm seriously sweating. The motto is "just push play" and it's so true because if you just try it, ten minutes is over before you have time to decide you don't feel like working out. They show modified poses and moves for people who aren't as in shape, so you really can tailor it to your level and work up from there. Also, if you have more than just ten minutes, you can stack them to get even more benefit. Overall, I would recommend the ten minute trainer series! :happy:0

I have completed P90X and use 10-minute trainer Yoga in the mornings. I also took it on vacation with a set of bands. The goal is to get up to 30 minutes if you didn't already know that.
