Great job! I'll be doing week 6-day 3 today, which I think is 22 minutes or so. It's amazing how you can go from barely running a few minutes to 20+!

I'm doing week 6-day 3 today and will be running in a 3k on Saturday. I'm planning on doing my first 5k towards the end of October. Both of these are fundraisers & I'm finding that they're good motivation to keep me going.

I started yesterday. I'm doing Sunday, Tuesday, & Thursday this week. On Saturday I'll be running in a 3k.

I also gave up creamer & started drinking it black. I'd say it took about a week or so to get used to it. I've started buying better coffee and different blends to get variety.

Way to go! That is awesome!

http://www.c25k.com/c25k_treadmill.html I just started c25l this week & found this to be really helpful. Much easier to track when you're supposed to run/walk. I also found this but I haven't used it yet. http://www.nhs.uk/Livewell/c25k/Pages/running-podcast.aspx

1 whole egg scrambled with 1 egg white, 4 slices of ham, 2 tbs cream cheese, all wrapped up in a Flatout wrap. And coffee--gotta have my coffee!

For snacks, we like baby carrots, mini peppers, wasa crackers w/ natural peanut butter, grapes, pistachios, & sunflower seeds. I've replaced regular bread with wraps & fold-it flatbread.
