That is AWESOME! Congratulations! It took me 41 minutes on my first 5K. I'm currently in the 33-34 minute category now...trying to get to 30 minutes! Keep up the good work lady!!!

It isn't. You can eat as much of the foods in each phase as you like. MFP recommends 1200 calories per day for my weight loss goals so I try to stick to that but just obtain it through the foods listed in the phases. I so wanted to be done with Level 1 that I got up and did it before coming to work this morning! :-) Day 10 of Level 1 - COMPLETED! And I did not stop AT ALL during today's workout! Ladies I think I'm taking a self-imposed DOR! I misplaced my original measurements so I'm not sure of any change there. I did lose 2 pounds though! I'm at 25 down now! Yippee!!!

I did Day 1/Level 1 a few hours ago. It was challenging but not impossible to me. I have to buy a tape measure some time today. I will post that info tomorrow. I'm a fan. The first couple of episodes she said they were on 1300 calorie diets and their workouts should burn no less than 500 calories. So with that she said they should be losing about a pound a day.

I take One A Day Weight Management because I need an all around multivitamin anyway. I tried straight diet pills before and all they do is make me antsy and sweaty. They did kill my appetite but to the point that I was barely eating....which isn't healthy.
