I started the 30DS on October 1 and finished on October 31. Most days I did some other form of cardio along with the 30DS.
I lost 10 pounds and 15.75 inches, including 2 inches off my waist, 2.25 inches off my hips, and 3.5 inches off my bust. I am very happy and proud of the results I received!
No, I did not follow her eating plan. I just used MFP and ate about 1500 calories per day.

Thanks! Yes, I am very happy with my results and loving how clothes are fitting me and looking on me now. Another 12 pounds to my first goal, and then maybe another 15. We will see how I am doing and feeling! Thanks for the support everybody!!0

Great Job! Amazing results. I firmly believe in 30DS. I completed it in April and had very similar results as you. I am doing it again this month - about 3 days a week. I know there are other wonderful workouts out there, but for a quick, complete and body transforming workout this is TOPS!0

Wow you look great!! I am on level 2 now and my results wont be as spectacular but I have already lost 2 inches from my waist and 2 from my hips. I didnt take pictures though.0

NICE job. That is FABULOUS results. Great motivation for me to keep moving forward. I just started Level 2 yesterday. My knee is injured though... so I'm taking a few days off before I finish. I'll just work upper body and abs until I can get back to full blast.0
