I'm 33 I think. Getting in the best shape of my life. Shame it's taken me this long.

+1, just do it. Should be a slogan.

About getting her fit, or you getting fit?

Keto may not be for you. You shouldn't omit any foods you enjoy...this will make your plan much more sustainable. Everything in moderation.

Calories can't tell time. As long as you're eating to your goal (whatever that may be), it doesn't matter when you eat the calories.

Sounds legit, let me ditch this other hag.

I'll pass thanks. I have someone with a similar name, and she has nicer arms.

I have a 6 pack of vegan beer. That work?

She must be wanting more friend requests with questions like that lol

You may have success in this quest by searching for groups on here. I'm sure there are a few plant based ones. Good luck!

This, and don't omit foods you enjoy. Everything in moderation.

There was only one hostile person in your last thread, will let you take a guess. Everyone was being cordial with you and giving you helpful advice. Maybe they aren't the problem.

Honestly you just kinda have to MAKE it a part of who you are. Think, long-term changes, not quick fixes. To this I'd say 2 things: 1-you can eat what you enjoy and still lose weight. You may have to eat less of it. But don't cut out anything entirely. Much more sustainable. 2-don't worry about what other people are…

Grow these traps!! Good luck too all above (and perhaps below) with your goals!
-
I've never heard of those things you are taking. But eat at a calorie deficit to lose weight. Also take a gander at the "Most Helpful Threads" on the Getting Started board. Lots of great info there. Good luck!

I design things for things to go into other things.

You can lose weight by eating what you'd like in a calorie deficit. Why not just do that? I had to Google this diet to see what it was. I saw a list of foods allowed....all foods are allowed if you eat at a deficit, you'll lose weight. I also see that this is a Dr. Oz thing...I'd recommend against. ETA: if you're new,…

You'll miss out on a lot of fiber with juicing. Just eat what you want in a calorie deficit. Buy a food scale, be accurate. ETA: recommend not comparing yourself to other people. Your friend kept weight off by eating at maintenance. Not from juicing.

Wowza! Great transformation!
-
All of the above.

Great advice above. How does that one day compare to the rest of your week? If you go over one day and are at your goal the rest of the week don't worry. If you're doing this +3000 cals a few days a week you'll gain. Some people look at calorie goals for the week. Build up a little calorie bank so you can have a nice…

Honestly not sure. I don't really keep up with it. If someone asks me why I don't eat breakfast, I'll say "Oh, I'm doing IF" after explaining, some people will say, "Yea, I've been doing that for years. Didn't know it was called anything" lol.
-
I do the IF...and even I'm annoyed by the amount of threads. But this is nowhere NEAR the amount of Keto threads.

Making sure I'm honest with my diary. Logging everything.

He has to want to lose for himself. Not because you want him to.

You should speak to a professional. ETA: I'm unsure as to why you've edited your topic about binge eating to bleh. I hope you get the help you need.

I thought a diet is "what" a person eats, not when. Meal timing has no bearing on the makeup of one's diet.
