about what habits have helped others become their best selves. 2018 is just about here, and I've been making adjustments over the past three months. I'm just wondering what works for you.

In the past, my goal was to just.....GO to the gym, no matter how I felt. The rest takes care of itself. Then I spend my day when I can looking on Pinterest and watching fitness inspiration. I'm struggling at the moment, but its a journey.0
