  • Hi, I've been watching my calories almost all my life. I am not overweight but would like to stay where I'm at. I have lost 4lbs on Fitness pal where I couldn't lose anything before. Just hang in there and we are all here if you need us.
  • I'm 55 any wants to lose another 5 lbs. I'm not fat but want to feel comfortable in my clothes. I excersise almost everyday and I'm stuck. Please feel free to add me. I am open for suggestions.
  • I almost always work out in the morning except when my husband's home. Then we will bike ride together in the afternoon. If you really want to lose weight and firm up then you will have to make time even if it means getting up early. I get up 4:30 in the morning to exercise. It gives you energy and makes you feel good all…
  • to get my protein I eat quest bars. They have 20g of protein and plenty of fiber and they great!! .
  • Sometimes I will take a banana and strawberries and put them in a blender with a cup of non fat milk and crushed ice for a snack. That way I get in my milk and fruit with very few calories. Sort a like a smoothie without the juice.
  • YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT
  • I do swats but I don't use any weights because I don't want my thighs to look to big. I also ride a bike quite often and that also helps to keep my thighs firm.

  • I am in the same situation. I usually have 2 glasses on Fri. and Sats. I figure I burn enough calories during the week so I can give my self a "treat".
  • I have used the Clif Builders Protein bar and noticed it had 20 grams of protein but also 23g sugars. I found a protein bar that still has the prtotien but less suagr and taste great. It's called Questbar/protein bar. I have tried the peanut butter and the cinnamon. No sugar or yucky aftertaste. I think there great!
  • Is there a certain limit to use up things other than calories? I workout alot also but it still seems I never use up all my calories. I'm only looking to lose 5-10 lbs.
