  • I agree. There are wrist watch ones by themselves, but you have to touch it to get the heartrate...they don't do it on their own for the most part. The one I have is a blue tooth chest strap and watch, so that the strap tells the watch what my heart rate is at all times and the watch calculates the calories off of that.…
  • I don't see why we are bringing FB drama to MFP. And call me crazy, but it seems like you purposely did that, just to say something about it, and are prolly feeling really silly now that you see most of us don't have a problem with a woman breastfeeding, or posting about it. If you don't like it, don't look at it. If you…
  • If you don't eat all or most of the calories you burn, your body will go into starvation mode and hold on to everything else it can get. So yes, you should eat your workout calories. You have to understand, you are still burning calories when you are doing nothing, called your resting metabolic rate, or RMR. You are also…
  • Don't get discouraged, cuz that's what makes us stop in the first place! I just had a baby, which I carried with gestational diabetes. I gained just under 100 pounds, and am in the army! • Get it girl!!
  • Wow, I feel like we're in high school again...maybe a lil immature, yea?
  • In order to lose weight, you have to be burning more than you are taking in. Since, by what you said, you are burning 2,596 calories a day, you should be eating less than that, but no less than 1,500 calories, because it's not healthy to go any lower.
