I agree with some of the comments made before me. You do not have to do traditional exercise for cardio. Anything that gets your heart rate into the fat burn or into the aerobic zone will work. 6'1" & 243 today. I fit into 40 easily and while i'm in the upper scale of fitting I have bought some Dockers in 38 that fit. Large and XL in t-shirts and polos. 17 in button up shirt.

Yup only time will be your friend. There is nothing you can do to target fat loss to a certain area. The only thing you can do to help is do targeted weight lifting . That is absolutely awesome! I am at 77 down and my wife is 30 down. She is pretty close to her ending weight..... I still have 50 to go. It definately helps having a SO that supports and is going through the life changing experience. Keep it up!
