You look great, what I like the most is you're wearing color!! The orange looks great on you!! I used to wear a lot of color and everyone used to compliment me, then I gained 30 lbs..started wearing only black..for some reason we all think black is slimming and looks great..but color is the way to go!! Do your research, it depends on what you use it for. According to the Journal of Medicine & Science in Sports and Exercise, they rated the top 8 fitness trackers for error ratings and the best one was BodyMedia Fit, next was the Fitbit Zip..So the most expensive with all the gadgets isn't necessarily the best..

April 5 I'm at the same weight, 182 . I'm a bit discouraged, I'm doing the 30 day shred (4 days in), I'm eating healthy, doing mini challenges, walking and my weight hasn't changed!! I weigh myself on Friday,don't usually eat ham way to salty, feel it in my hands and body. Those Cadbury mini eggs didn't help either. Oh yeah the wine!!! There is an up side, by recording everything it helped me to realize just what was going in my mouth and I didn't eat or drink as much as I normally would have!! Had fun…

Thanks for the motivation guys..I thought I was doing well , obviously not, 3 days a week treadmill for 30 minutes plus everyday mini challenges and I also go for walks with my dog. I will step it up this week.
