I made one last night with soy milk and frozen peaches. Some how I got it to the consisteny of ice cream and it was super yummy. I usually do frozen fruit and mild. I'm wanting to try berries and spinich soon, sounds super yummy and you get more veggies from the spinach.

If I find myself having a late night dinner I normally stick to something lighter like salad, protein shake or fruit and some crackers. I typically don't eat after 8pm that way I don't go overboard. Have your tried soy mile or almond milk? I use soy milk in my shakes with any frozen fruit I have on hand. I've heard of putting spinich with fruit in your shakes that way you get some more veggies and don't worry you don't taste the spinich (at least that's what I'm told). I wanting the vitamins that you get from it and all the fiber. I like how when you drink depending on either a shake or drink and all of the vitiams get into your system faster. I have a bad time about getting my vitamins and nutrients from food that I eat because of my dietary needs.
