I was eating at 1200 calories and working out 6 days a week back in the spring. Felt absolutely fine. Now I've up my calories to 1400 and I feel worse. It's been really strange.

You should figure out your macros. Flexible dieting seems to make the most sense to me. I've lost weight the "meal prepping" boring chicken, rice, and broccoli way. It definately works, but when I cheat, I binge because I have deprived myself.. Shoot me a message and I'm more than happy to help :)

Only would increase the rep range if I was lowering the weight. but im not going to do that. I was just curious if there was any truth to that. It said, less weight more reps for cutting, more weight less reps for bulking.. I'm not trying to bulk lol but I use heavy weights

Does he enjoy veggies at all? It is still important to have carbs with meals so maybe have baked potatoes (get I can't believe its not butter, low fat cheese, low fat sour creams).. sweet potatoes, you can make corn fritters, cauliflower fritters. Also you can still have breaded meats but bake them instead of frying them…

Eat right, lift, do cardio, and you will be just fine... There is no magic pill for weight loss... if you really want it, you'll do it on your own.

I have been wondering the same thing. I just started on Lexapro in July and I have gained back 10 lbs instantly. Wondering if that had anything to do with my weight gain. It sounds pretty legit. I read the review on Web MD. It is teaching people to eat clean. And it says that if you are working out more streneously then you need to eat more calories. I think if people use this and incorporate it into their everyday lives, even after the 17 days its a winner. (even though it says diet)...…
