IBS diet
Hi guys, I struggle with IBS-D daily. I'm trying to rearrange my lifestyle to wear I will feel better internally and lose weight the correct way. I'm extremely limited to what I can eat and would love to know if anyone else deals with this as well as what their fav go to meals are!

changed intake according to TDEE
For those of you who have changed your caloric intake from what MFP suggests to your TDEE, have you noticed any difference? eating dinner after workout....
This may be silly, but I go to the gym after work every day, so I eat dinner after my workout.. what are some things I should be eating for dinner and post workout??
