Thoughts on these products? I'm interested in learning about new supplements. Right now I only use Amino Enery pre workout, and have a protein shake post workout. I'm still in the leaning out process and would like to hear from people who have used these, or just your opinions.. whatever. Go.

    i took cla for a month or so to try it because i heard some good things and it was cheap.... no difference

    If you want to supplement first test your blood serum vitamin D. Very cheap test and supplement to 40-60 ug/l. Then I would add fermented cod liver oil, vitamin K2, magnesium (citrate versions are better), 3 eggs yolks daily and weekly some copper, iodine, selenium and zinc.
