Okay guys. I need advice. I can't get my body back on this whole meap prepping/working out hard core every day after work like I was back in the spring. Yesterday I came home from work with the intent of going to the gym for leg day, and instead I was shakey, dizzy and almost passed out. And I have no idea why. I went ahead and ate dinner as I was hungry, even though I had eaten quite a bit throughout the day already, and skipped out on the gym completely. What is wrong with me!
I've been attempting to do the IIFYM deal, but that makes me obsessive.. I don't want to be that person again. Any advice is welcome.. even the negative.

You probably arent eating enough to sustain yourself especially with exercise. Raise your calories and that should help you feel better and be able to work out without feeling sick. How is the g=weight loss going? Stay strong and get back on track you can do this!0

Get to the doctor. Get to the bottom of the dizziness.
If I were you, I'd eat a little more until I got there, too.0 -
I was eating at 1200 calories and working out 6 days a week back in the spring. Felt absolutely fine. Now I've up my calories to 1400 and I feel worse. It's been really strange.0
